Windows 10: Applied Windows 11 update, now PC won't start up

I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 I had to enable TPM 2.0 in the bios to apply the update, and the PC has been working OK since then. Then Windows automatically applied an update a few days ago maybe it was 24H2 - I didn't note it down, as well as a few hardware related updates Intel. Again, thought nothing of it, just applied the updates.Now the PC won't boot up. It starts to boot, the motherboard logo appears on the screen for a brief second, then the PC powers down again and restarts. This goes on indefinitely.I've tried the whole 3 restarts thing with the power button, hoping

Why am I getting propmpted to update to Windows 11

I have a Windows 10 PC and have previously run the Windows compatibilty checker to be told my existing PC won`t run Windows 11. Today a prmpt to instal windows 11 came up and wouild have started had I nor stoped it. I am confused now. The Windows tool said my PC won`t run windoes 11 but Windows update is suggesting that I do. Which is right?

 

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
