Windows 10: Applications crashing, specifically with Unreal Engine games

Discus and support Applications crashing, specifically with Unreal Engine games in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Hey all, I've been experiencing games primarily Dead By Daylight.     Applications crashing, specifically with Unreal Engine games


    Hey all, I've been experiencing games primarily Dead By Daylight. Crashing quite frequently now. I have tried a multitude of things to solve this issue to no avail. I have not had a BSOD yet1. I have attempted to update all of my drivers. I use an application called DriverIdentifier to do so however the following drivers I was not able to update "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" " Bluetooth Device Personal Area Network" " Intel RST VMD Controller A77F" "ACPI Wake Alarm". Although I am unaware if they are the cause of my issue or not.2. I have reinstalled and verified my game files as

    kernell32/ntdll error playing Unreal Engine games

    Hi - thank you for responding.

    I'm not sure what you mean. I don't exactly have unreal engine installed (I don't think).... I'm simply playing games built with Unreal Engine. I looked in my C drive and there was no C:/buildWork directory. Any other suggestions?

    Unreal Engine game crash with kernel32 and ntdll crash message have updated drivers and checked for corrupt files nothing has helped so far

    the error message is as follows:


    Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xffffffffffffffff
