Microsoft e-mails for Surveys - are these legit? Also, phone calls from a dedicated microsoft company are these legit?

I have been receiving e-mails to participate in Microsoft surveys - the e-mail address that appears when I hit Reply is
L: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - is this a legitimate Microsoft e-mail? I have not completed any of the surveys.

Last month, my pc locked up and started flashing "do not try to fix the virus on your own" on my pc and gave me a number to call to get help from Microsoft support. I called the number and they represented that they were from Microsoft Support and I believed
them. Because I was in a panic to get my PC running again, I listened to them. They removed my free SuperAntiSpyware, and my free Malwarebytes and my paid McAfee and installed Webroot. They fixed the problem, but at a cost of $499. Did I get spammed?

Also, after the "fix", I have received phone calls from someone that says that they are from Microsoft support and they say that there is a virus on my pc that needs to be taken care of immediately. I hang up immediately and when I go to my machine, all
is well. The phone number that shows up on my cell is 51395661122.

Rearranging the Order of E-Mail Accounts


I have six e-mail accounts established in my Windows 10 Mail. It appears the accounts are listed in the order they were created. However, I just had to add another e-mail account and it is at the bottom of the list. Is there any way to rearrange the list? In Windows 8.1 you could move the accounts up and down in the order that you wanted them listed. The procedure used in Windows 8.1 does not work in Windows 10.

 

WP8 doesn't support "reply-to" e-mail headers for replying to mailing lists?

Through testing, I found that WP8 does not respect "reply-to" headers in e-mail, which are used in the real world for replying to mailing lists and listservs.

Instead of replies utilizing the reply-to e-mail address, the reply goes directly to the sender, and not back to the list.

This behavior effectively breaks the mailing list chain, because replies don't go back to the list.

WP8 seems not to have reply-to implemented in mail at all...

If I am wrong or if there is a setting somewhere, than please let me know. Even if there was a setting, which I see no evidence of, the default would be still be not to respect reply-to headers in e-mail.
