Windows 10: Taskbar keeps popping up for a split second when clicking in full-screen games ?

Hello,Since upgrading to Windows 11, I’ve been experiencing an intermittent issue that is quite frustrating. When playing a game in fullscreen mode, my desktop/taskbar briefly flashes for a second whenever I rapidly click with the left mouse button. This happens randomly and disrupts the experience.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without lasting success:Uninstalled the GPU driver using DDU and performed a fresh installationHid the taskbar still flashesStopped all background applicationsUpdated to the latest Windows 11 version 23H2Reinstalled Windows 11 helped temp

COMMAND PROMPT SCREEN POPPING UP FOR SPLIT SECOND

All of a sudden this morning, the command prompt screen keeps popping up for a split second then disappears. What's going on?

 

My screen keeps showing other tabs for a split second whenever i click frequently in a full-screen game. Anyone got a fix?

Whenever i click fast in a full-screen game it shows a other tab for a split second, for example: I got spotify and fortnite open, i am playing fortnite and click frequently in the game, it shows spotify for a split second and it keeps repeating and it is really annoying.

Approximately every 15 minutes a white window pops up for a split second on the left side of the screen, so fast to where I can't screenshot or so fast to where you can blink and miss it. During online gaming, if I am full screen, it will completely minimize
the game client and bring me to my home screen, with the blank window disappearing as well. This is a new computer, so I don't suspect any malware.

I've also ran a Microsoft Security check, and nothing comes up for malware.
