Windows 10: PIN not available on laptop, recovery e-mail no longer exists = locked out of computer

My HP laptop did some update overnight a few weeks ago and now my PIN is not available due to a "change in security settings" and I cannot log into my Microsoft account and therefore cannot use my computer. The e-mail for that Windows account is from my OLD JOB I had bought the laptop for work, and that e-mail address NO LONGER EXISTS. I CANNOT get into that e-mail to verify the account. As I said, the e-mail does not exist.I have tried to recover the account with another e-mail and another laptop that, nicely, does not lock me out of itself. Amazing!!. This did not work. E-mail recovery

On Saturday 1/6/2018 I found my desktop HP computer locked up showing the Windows 10 screen symbol in Blue no extended light. The computer said it could not correct the problem, I reset my computer and after completion I no longer could receive my e-mails.
I tried using the sync from my laptop to recover the e-mail file and none of my known e-mail addresses and passwords will work. I tried also from my microsoft account no luck. The ATT e-mail address on my laptop has a 16 digit password and I have no idea
where that came from! Any help with this problem would be appreciated!

 

Windows e-mail contacts

I switched from outlook to windows e-mail app. My contacts have all been synced but contact lists or groups no longer exist. If I go back to outlooklive.com and sign in the contact lists are still there, but there is no way to make them work on an e-mail
to that group.

 

Setting up existing e-mail on Windows 10

I was able to easily setup my Google e-mail account, but have not been able to sync my existing e-mail, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I tried the advance settings, but I am not seeing any of my existing e-mails. Any suggestions?
