  3. Unable to connect to the internet on Windows 10

    Hi Naresh,

I realize that you are unable to connect to Internet. I will try to help you with this issue.

    • Do you have a wired net connection or a WiFi net connection?

You can plug in the Ethernet cable directly to the computer and check if you are able to connect to Internet. There might be situations that you might have to install the pending updates and also to update the network driver.

You may try these steps and check the status:

    • Run the Network Troubleshooter and restart the computer to check if this helps.

    • You may try a different network adapter/connection type if possible.

    • Further you may also check for Windows Updates with a wired net connection and check for updated drivers for the network adapter.

Keep us informed to help you further.

  4. Unable to connect to Battle Net app while home

Unable to connect to Battle Net services, Blizzard cannot help after about 30 messages over 3 weeks

1.) There were no changes to the computer, it happened within the span of a few hours. I was playing Overwatch around 11am that day and then at night about 12 hours later Battle Net had an update and has refused to connect since then.

2.) If you mean Microsoft Windows 10 I have "Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.165)". As for Battle Net I believe the version number is "Patch 1.12.3 Build 10491".

3.) The only security software I have is Windows Defender because it's built in.

EDIT: I went to the recovery point however the only points I would be able to recover to are after this had happened. This had happened on September 25th, 2018
