Windows 10: Microsoft refuses to connect to the store unless a subscription is made

My Windows 10 PC refuses to connect to the Microsoft store stating I am not connected to the internet when I have a fully wired system. Why does it keep refusing or blocking internet for whatsapp or any other system and still blocks its own store?

Microsoft Store Check Your Connection error

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 Pro and I cannot access the Microsoft Store. When I open it, I get a message saying "Check your connection. Microsoft Store needs to be online. It looks like you're not." Underneath this message, there is a button labeled "Check Connection", it brings me to the Network Status page under Windows Settings. This page indicates that I am in fact connected to the Internet. I found a few videos on YouTube that suggested the following:

1. Make sure I am not set to use a proxy server
   
2. Repair the Microsoft Store App
   
3. Reset the Microsoft Store App
   
4. Make sure that my system date and time (including time zone) is correct and not set to automatically update.
   
5. Try the Windows App troubleshooting tool for the Microsoft Store app
   
6. Remove and then reinstall the Microsoft Store app.
   

If anyone here can suggest any other troubleshooting steps I can take, I would greatly appreciate it.

Microsoft Store Ubisoft+ Multi Access subscription

The subscription is a priority only in the Microsoft Store - Xbox (a subscription was not purchased in Ubisoft Connect, the account is linked to Xbox). Correct me if I'm wrong, but a subscription purchased from the Microsoft Store should also apply to the linked Ubisoft Connect account? Judging by the information on the Internet, this is true, in the case of the Ubisoft+ Multi Access subscription

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

and check.

Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
