Windows 10: Where can I take my Acer Spin 3 that once was also a touch screen however this stupid...

I purchased my Spin 3 solely based on that fact that it was also a touch screen. Whelp, as many others have experienced, after the Windows 11 update, our touchscreen capabilities disappeared. I have yet to find a solution and this has been going on for years. Where can take it to be fixed for free same day, or I need a replacement with touch screen capabilities. School starts this coming Monday and I need it for my college courses!

i have acer spin 3 laptop. the touch screen works totally fine using the stylus but doesn't totally work using fingers. i tried everything i've read here but none of it works. please help

The touch functionality of the screen should be dependent on a dedicated driver, such as the example below related to the Surface family of products.

If your device used to be one that supported direct physical contact with your finger and responded to your gestures, you may want to check if the driver on your device is in an abnormal state, or check whether there is a system restore point in your device.

Acer Spin 3 Windows 11 Touch Screen not working.

Hi, I'm having problems with my touch screen all of a sudden not working I use it a lot and recently i realized it wasn't working. I Checked the events tab of HID compliant touch screen, and it said device is working properly. Under the events tab the first few listings were device started but eventually it said device not started ever since that it hasn't started, I tried windows updates and everything that I can find on the internet, I'd be glad if someone was able to help me and my situation.
