Windows 10: LatencyMon shows that i have big problems.

Discus and support LatencyMon shows that i have big problems. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; This is the reason my PC is crashing and freezing non stop.     LatencyMon shows that i have big problems.


    This is the reason my PC is crashing and freezing non stop. Is there any solution for this or i just must go to mechanic.
