Windows 10: Anyone else left wating for a requested Microsoft Support call that never happens?

Hi,I've gone via the Get Help blue virtual button to request a call from Microsoft support. Request number generated, with the line " A support agent will call the number provided. Callback times may vary". Have requested calls on consecutive days. No callbacks. And my need for a reset of Windows 11 C Drive is going away. Just wondering if this is a new kind of sport for bored support staff or some users are actually getting calls? Request numbers are meaningless if you can't check on "progress" - like the timeline tracking of a package. A click on Request History borrows a kind of timeline co

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
