Windows 10: Winring0_1_2_0 service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find...

I have been experience issues on my computer with cpu and gpu utilization and assume it is being used to mine because the utilization goes way down when I leave taskmanager open. I have tried a bunch of solutions but none seem to work. I have even installed a fresh version of windows and completely wiped my drives but it didnt help. I have ran FRST64 and have attached the files it provided me with. i keep getting PC to crash on the new windows 10 installation

i also am getting the error from event viewer:

"The WinRing0_1_2_0 service failed to start due to the following error:

WinRing0_1_2_0 is not a valid Win32 application."

i ran FRST64 and got the
FIRST.exe and the Addition.exe

Hello, recently my computer crashing a lots, eventhough I don't open too much apps. And the apps keep freezing and I have to end task it. I looked up the Event viewer and find out that this error is pop up around that time

The WinRing0_1_2_0 service failed to start due to the following error:

WinRing0_1_2_0 is not a valid Win32 application.

Is there anyway to fix this ? I ran the sfc /scannow but I didn't find anything. Ty for your answer

By the way, to delete the orphaned WinRing0_1_2_0 service, open admin Command Prompt and run:

• sc.exe delete WinRing0_1_2_0
  

Press Enter.
