Windows 10: PSU failing?

I started having issues with my PC a couple of weeks ago with the mouse cursor disappearing. I ran anti-virus and anti-malware checks and everything was fine. Then, a couple of days later, my PC wouldn't boot when turned on - the fans came on then about ten seconds later turned off and after a few seconds came on again - and so it repeated. There was never any signal to the monitor. I spraydusted the internals and reseated each RAM stick and graphics card, trying to boot again after each component, but no change. I reset the CMOS battery - no change. In the end I got interrupted and left it in

I find NO specs on the psu you listed, not the one ktr listed, ktr also suggested i get the mushkin psu!

 

PSU failing?

Might be the first time I've seen "defrag" as a suggested solution for spontaneous reboot issue, lol. PSU, motherboard caps, failing memory, buggy drivers, bad sata cable, power glitch, etc ... but not defrag, hah.
