Windows 10: I bought the upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, and there's no way to install it

I've seen the other posts here, I just want a refund. I have the order confirmation email, and no way to install it. System > Activation is still on Windows 11 Home after several restarts and troubleshooting attempts. Microsoft apparently is unable to figure out how to sell upgrades to their flagship OS through their own store. I'm not interested in running a bunch of commands and diagnostics, I either want a Windows 11 product key or a refund.

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.

 

I bought Windows 10/11 Pro upgrade. But, there isn't any way for using it.

I bought Windows 10/11 Pro upgrade on 9th November. I paid for it at Microsoft Store.

But, after the upgrade my Windows started to tell me that it isn't a genuine Windows. And, all customization were locked.

I tried many way to solve it but everything failed. At the end, I abandoned that Windows and installed another copy of Windows of different key.

However, I can't use that copy any more, and I have to use my own from next year. But, there isn't any way to find the key of my PRO version.

I have old key before the upgrade, but the Windows says me that the key is wrong.

And, at Microsoft home page I tried to find the key but in vain. At microsoft store I tried to retrieve my digital license but in vain. Microsoft Store kick me off and ask me to just input the key if I have one.

I tried to find the key from the order list in Microsoft home page. So I clicked 'Windows 10/11 Pro' text in my order list. Then Microsoft lead me to the home page that just says me 'We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.'

No way at all. I paid, but I can't use. What is this situation?

How can I use the Windows 10/11 Pro I have bought? What can I do for it? What Microsoft can do for me?

 

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
