Windows 10: I can't find what to uninstall I even opened control panel. it says i have 102 gb in apps.i...

I opened my storage settings, and it says 102 GB of storage by apps but I can't find it in control panel or just the setting uninstall apps.

Control Panel is not opening or working

Additional methods to open control panel are to open either administrative command prompt or powershell and type: control panel

appwiz.cpl opens uninstaller or change a program and using the menu bar has the option for control panel home.

1) create a new user to see whether it is or is not related to the user

• In Type the location of the item box, type the following path.

• In the Type a name for this shortcut box, type Control Panel, and click Finish button. You can now double-click on the Control Panel icon on the desktop to quickly launch the same.

Step 5: Pin Control Panel to Start or taskbar.

  In the Start search box, type Control Panel.

  When you see search results, right-click on Control Panel entry and then click Pin to Start to pin it to the Start menu or screen.
  

Note: Clicking Pin to taskbar will pin the Control Panel to taskbar.

Step 2 does not work at all. Anything from File Explorer and above does not launch at all.
