The "I forget my pin or password" does not come up after the system says I have to use a pin to sign in. Even after I restart the computer. I get a message that I have used the wrong pin too many times. The camera is not on so facial recognition cannot be used. This is on a Lenovo slim 7i with evo intel.

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
