Windows 10: How can I stop taskbar item search from reverting to search icon only from search box

Hello,I just started using Windows 11 and it's taking time getting adjusted. I use the left alighted taskbar and full search box to mimic my old windows 10 setup. Problem being after a while of work I will go back to use the search bar and it will be the icon only version again. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Please try the below and check if you can see search bar on taskbar:

Steps:

• Right click on Taskbar, move the mouse cursor on to
  Search option.
• Select Show Search icon (You will see Search icon beside Start)
• Select Show search bar (You will see Search bar beside Start)

This issue with search box may happen if it's hidden from the taskbar.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the taskbar and select Search.
• Select Show search box.

Double check the items in the note box under step 1 in option 1 of the tutorial below to see if one may apply for why the "Show search box" item is not available.
