Windows 10: Newly build pc with all new parts keeps on restarting and blue screening while trying to...

it all started when i was installing windows OS to the pc with my flash disk. i click the ssd nvme disk to download the OS but at 10% sometimes 46% and 50% keeps on getting my pc blue screen. yes i did the OS installation perfectly, i did format everything from the flash disk b4 downloading the OS. the first time i tried to download the OS i only see 2 disks my nvme m.2 and my flash disk. because my pc keeps on blue screening and restarting i always see there are more than 2 disks on the “select which disk you want to download windows on” page. which i formatted and deleted all beside my fla

Newly build pc keep restarting

I'm having trouble my newly built pc. At first, everything was fine, I was able to play Fortnite for a game. After the game finished, the system started to restart (without any warning or error message). Then it started to does it randomly so I reset everything. Then once got back to windows, and started to install all of the drivers, it just kept on restarting every time I try to install the drivers. The temperature was below 30 C with nothing running and with game, it is below 55 C.

I tried the following suggestions:

1. Safe mode, turn off the automatic restart and update all the drivers
   
2. Auto Repair
   
3. switch the RAM positions/cleaning
   

Here are the parts:
CPU: Intel i7 9700k
GPU: RTX 2070
Motherboard: MSI Z390-A PRO LGA1151
PSU: Corsair CX Series 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L
RAM: G.SKILL 16GB
Storage: SSD 750 GB
System: Window 10 home

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
