Windows 10: Memory Dump Problem For 5 Days Now. Do I get a refund of the pc or..?

I tried to play a client app for a game on roblox and it gave me a memory dump error. I've tried everything on the internet such as AppData wiping, command prompt tactics and all it did was get me to the same place I've been struggling to fight out for. This is unbearable enough for me to give up on this PC and plan on buying a new one or actually get somewhere with a solution because I'm getting sick of this. I'd even legit reset the PC but nooope, it apparently needs to be recovered too. WHAT DO I DO? I cant upload screenshots apparently too! : I love this PC.

Frequent Memory Dumps

I have uninstalled cccleANER as suggested.

I have turned off real time scanning on McAfee Total Protection.

A couple of questions:

1. How can I check that I am not getting Memory dump files anymore? - they were detected by cccleANER
2. How can I check that I'm not getting interference between Malwarebytes and McAfee? - i.e. I need to know what level of RAM?

Surface Pro Kernel Memory Dump When It Turn On Every time!

As the dump file is kernel memory dump file. Please note that it records only the kernel memory. This speeds up the process of recording information in a log when your computer stops unexpectedly. You must have a pagefile large enough to accommodate
your kernel memory. The page file must be on the boot volume. Otherwise, a memory dump cannot be created. Before we provide any suggestions, I would like to confirm few things:

1. Could you please elaborate the statement: I got a very strange thing my Surface Pro Memory Dump when I turn on it everytime, but It don't happen if I just reboot after turn on?
   
2. Are you getting blue screen while booting or while using Windows?
   
3. Which version of Windows 10 are you using?
   

Meanwhile you can try the steps provided in the article: Bug
Check 0x9F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (based on the dump files analyzation).

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
