Windows 10: roblox PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent

today i tried loging into my account on roblox like usual and thought i buy more robux and tried buying more and the PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent massage pop up and i didnt get my robux and when i tried getting my robux back it just said the same thing and it also wont let me buy more robux and it just keep telling me to go to PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent and i dont know what to do pls someone help with this problem im on windows 11

I have owned minecraft for many years. Now, on this computer, Minecraft launcher says "Buy Now" instead of "Play". I attempted to purchase the game again, but wwas met with the error message: "PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent".

I'd love a resolution that doesnt require me buying the game I already own again

 

How to fix "PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent" in Roblox

it seems the purchase has gone through but you can't see robux on your account.

1) First thing try to sign in to your account using a different method (browser)

2) if the problem persists, Clear the Roblox Cache Folder, try to clear the content of the cache folder.

Don't worry; deleting the cache folder of any application doesn't affect its performance or your data.

Press the Win + R hotkeys to open the Run dialog box.

In the search bar, type %localappdata% and click OK. It'll open the Local folder, which contains the cache folder of all the installed applications.

Search and open the Roblox folder.

Select everything inside by pressing the Ctrl + A hotkeys and then pressing Shift + Delete to delete the selected content permanently.

That's it. Now restart your computer and check for the issue.

3) Reset the Microsoft Store app. Go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Apps & features." Find the Microsoft Store app in the list and select it, then select "Advanced options." Scroll down to the "Reset" section and select "Reset."

4) Repair or reinstall the Roblox app. Go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Apps & features," find the Roblox app in the list, and select it. Then, select "Advanced options" and select "Repair." If repairing the app doesn't help, you can try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store.
