Windows 10: MSN comments SHADOWBANNED - Post and view count frozen

I have determined that my posts over a long period of time have been SHADOWBANNED and not reaching MSN audience. I've proven this by using another browser with private browsing. I do not see any of my past posts, and my post count has been reset to 5 with 14 likes and 1 follower.I would like to know why I have been shadowbanned and insist that my account be reinstated.

It seems like I constantly get hit by the AI saying my comment is abusive or offensive even if I'm using words like you, they, and other normal English words to agree with people or comment on the articles they write about. Now I try to sign in and I can't sign in. It's simply a loop forever of trying to sign into MSN comments using my account. Does MSN shadowban? I haven't received a single notification about this. Who do I contact to complain about this and get details on my ban? Also I thought shadow banning was now illegal, is there a way I can legally fight this?

Being unable to sign-in to MSN, if you haven't received a message that you are blocked, isn't related to any comments you've posted. It's simply a browser problem.

Here's my canned response on moderation. Please see, in particular, point 4.

1. You may find useful information at MSN

2. There were so many unacceptable comments that commenting was shut down for a few

months not too long ago.

3. Now that commenting is allowed again, moderation is very restrictive.

4. Moderation is a dysfunctional mess. It's being done via AI, via a bot, not humans and is

random and inexplicable.

5. If a comment you tried to post was banned, you can appeal that from the Feedback link

at the bottom of nearly every MSN page. This may or may not be acted on and you may

or may not receive a reply. There used to be a more direct method, but that's been removed.

6. I've searched but have not found a way to contact MSN staff regarding this moderation

except the Feedback link that's at the bottom of nearly every MSN webpage. If you receive

a reply to the feedback, it will be a generic reply that doesn't address your specific issue.

Re: The login problem.

1. Close all processes of the browser you're using and try with a new session.

2. Clear the cache and Cookies in whatever browser you're using.

3. If you don't shutdown or restart the computer at least once per day, do that.

4. A browser extension like an ad-blocker or privacy/anti-tracking app could be causing this.

5. If running a non-Microsoft antivirus/security program, a safe browsing, or similar feature

could be the cause.

MSN News comment reactions count

What is included in the count of Reactions on the user profile? The number keeps tracking upwards while the activity page does not reflect where those reactions came from. What counts as a reaction, then? If a commenter responds to an original post, are they also garnering reaction counts from the original post? If a commenter is tagged, are they getting reaction counts from someone else's post they are tagged on?
