Windows 10: Stuck On Recovery Mode, Windows Wont Boot

Hello, So I was trying to download something but I clicked on the wrong download and then it started downloading a bunch of different things. I wanted to factory reset my computer because it wouldn't let me delete anything and I had nothing important on my computer so it was fine. But then it found an error and went to the recovery page. Whenever I try to factory reset my computer or completely delete everything it works but then it says "undoing changes" and I cant do anything.I don't have any saved points to bring my computer to. It wont let me boot safe mode or anything. If I somehow end up

I understand that you are unable to boot the PC normally as it is stuck in recovery mode.

1. Were there any recent updates installed on the PC?
   
2. What is the exact make and model of the PC?
   

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Boot the PC into safe mode with networking and check if you are able to login. Refer the article to

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, refer the section
From a black or blank screen.



Method 2:



Perform a system restore to revert the PC back to the state when everything was working fine. Refer the article

Recovery options in Windows 10, refer the section
Use installation media to restore or reset your PC.



Note:
Do not reset the PC; resetting the PC will remove all the data and installed programs from the PC.

PC stuck in Safe mode, unable to boot to Normal mode.

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

• What error do you get when you try to boot in normal mode?
• Did you entered Safe mode through Windows Recovery Environment or through System Config?

I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it works:

• Press Windows key + R and type msconfig and hit enter.
  
• On the General tab, tap or click the Normal Startup option.
• On the Boot tab, uncheck all the option under Safe mode.
• Tap or click OK, when you are prompted to restart the computer, tap or click Restart.

Win 10 won't boot, recovery steps will not run  

I was trying to use the method they suggest of having the donor drive on the same system as the recipient, but it could not work with the donor drive being unbootable, as mine was. BTW, now that I have three SSD's I decided to run a read speed test on them expecting to see uniformity as happened with one of them, the third one shown below. The other two show quite a bit of variation, surprising me. The KingFast SSD (first graph shown) is the one that went down on me.
