Windows 10: MBR2GPT: Cannot find room for the EFI system partition.

I want to upgrade to Windows 11 but I don't want to reinstall everything. I am trying to convert my disk to gpt instead of mbr but I keep getting Cannot find room for the EFI system partition. which I don't understand since I do have space on the disk. I have tried shrinking the disk manually that also didn't work.Any suggestions?

MBR2GPT fails with error - Cannot find room for the EFI system partition.

Regarding this image, which partition should I extend?

The problem wasn't that I didn't have enough space to update, it was the MBR2GPT error: "cannot find room for the EFI system partition"

I've been trying to convert my system partition from mbr to gpt but every time I do try it gives this error:

Cannot find room for the EFI system partition.

MBR2GPT: Conversion failed

No tutorials in YouTube match my problem so I am asking here. I was also wondering if the paragon partition manager is a safe way to convert my partition from mbr to gpt.
