Windows 10: shortcuts not working on ondrive in second device

hi,I have 2 laptopsboth are connecte dto the same onedriveall working well except for shortcutsthes shortcuts are set in one device but is not opened on the other onewhile the path is exactly the samealso the drive namewhat need to be done differently so these shortcuts will work and the files will be able to be opened in both devices?

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.
