    I have a Dell Latitude 3500 laptop and 8 of the keys do not work.The top left 4 letters QWER & the top right 4 letters UIOPIn total that's 8 letters not working. I'm the IT support guy here and this problem was before I came here.Apparently the laptop keyboard has been replaced but didn't resolve the issue.The laptop works fine if a USB keyboard is plugged in But still not the onboard keyboardDrivers have been replaced Windows 10 without success.I've even trashed & re-built the PC with Windows 11 and the problem still exists.The laptop is now well out of warranty.I've looked up

    "qwer" and "uiop" key and delete key issue

    When im press "qwer" and "uiop" button key on my laptop keyboard,the "delete"key button also pressed continuously,this is annoying,help me pls

    qwer uiop keys not working

    Hi I'm having an issue with my qwer uiop keys not working in my Lenovo IdeaPad flex 5. it's only those 8 keys that don't work. I don't believe it's a hardware issue because when I repeatedly press them a bunch they will start working. Even if one of them starts to work the other 7 will to but if one stop so those all of them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my keyboard from device manager, done troubleshooting and everything but this issue doesn't get fixed. So I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue before and how they have solved it.

    May I ask if you have tried to use Keyboard Tester? If not, please try using it by going to the thread below and following the steps provided by Vijay on Keyboard Tester.
