Windows 10: Why does my marvel rivals not run properly?

I open up epic games and launch marvel rivals, it then opens the marvel rivals launcher and it’s already lagging very low fps I launch the game and it’s still very low fps. All of my settings are low I have no background apps or anything. I checked task manager and it said my gpu was barely being used while my cpu was mostly being used. We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

Open the Settings App

Go to Update & Security - Troubleshoot

Run the Keyboard troubleshooter

If that does not resolve this for you

Open Device Manager

Expand the Keyboards section

Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'

Then restart your PC
