I have so many issues with my Intel insider notebook computer laptop with Windows 11 and here is some is the issuesStarted with Bitloxker Recovery Key number being incorrect according to the computer but it was triple check and correct Hey Recovery Options Screen and tried everything but it wouldn't perform any tasks I tried but I was able to run some commands with lots of issuesThen some how I into the BIOS screen and u get outThe following are the issues: BLK driver is lockedDisk Command invalid parameters errors detailed in uppercase files Error Code 0x80070083 Error Code 0x8007139fWindows

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

• How are you accessing mail e.g. Mail app or Outlook?
• Is the issue with a particular format of attachments?

I suggest you to try attaching a different format of file and check if you are able to attach file and send mail. Also install all pending Windows updates and check. If the issue still persists follow the steps below.

Winmail on win 10 doesn't show attachments

• Just to verify, are you having issues with the built-in Mail app or with the
  Outlook desktop app?
• Does the issue happens when you are also logged into your web mail (Outlook.com, Gmail.com, etc.)?
