Windows 10: "kmode exception not handled acx01000 sys" Blue screen error when opening specific game

I'm trying to run a specific exe and no matter what compatibility mode I try to run, I'm getting this blue screen which forces me to restart the computer. I have a minidump available.012325-6640-01.rar

I keep getting a blue screen error at random times... not sure what is causing it. When it blue screens and restarts my computer it says it is a Kmode exception not handled error.

I have copied the error in the event viewer and it says the following 2 errors:

1) The cpuz136 service failed to start due to the following error:

This driver has been blocked from loading

2)The description for Event ID 875 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

cpuz136_x64.sys

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

KMODE exception not handled

Hey, couple months ago my pc started crashing very often, and recently its turned in to a blue screen of KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. The crashing usually only occurred during gaming, it has now gone further to turn into this blue screen and happened twice so far without me having a game open.

• I've tried the following
  
• Run the memory diagnostic tool
  
• Removed and swapped the memory slots over
  
• Unplugged all cables and re-assembled
  
• Installed windows on various hard drives (SSD and HDD)
  
  Not sure what it causing this, will attach a minidump
