Windows 10: BO6 keeps crashing

I have had bo6 for a while and for some reason, it keeps crashing. I would get into the main menu and nothing would happen fps is fine no problems. then I enter multiplayer and it slows and then I crash giving me the dx error. I have tried everything and nothing works. has been about 2 weeks. I have tried installing drivers and have tried scanning for corrupt files. i have even factory reset my pc and it still crashes the same way i need help please

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

File explorer keeps crashing in Win 10

I did the steps you wrote. All the settings were as you suggested. The File Explorer keeps crashing.
