Windows 10: How do I reactivate Windows on a new PC with a digital license I purchased from Microsoft?

I purchased a Windows license a few years ago and I recently changed my hardware. My system settings are saying Windows is not active with error code 0xC004F211. I clicked troubleshoot and was still not able to activate Windows. I clicked on "I changed hardware on this device recently" and was met with a window saying there were not any devices linked to my account that can be used for reactivating the device im using. I clicked "See other devices linked to your Microsoft account" and it showed my laptop and my old desktop in a new page. It says my edition doesn't match, but it does. It also s

Digital license won't reactivate on new hardware (motherboard, cpu ram)

I have a digital license of Windows 10 that is linked to my Windows account. I've just replaced my motherboard, cpu and ram and whenever I attempt to reactivate my license the activation troubleshoot says "Unable to activate Windows, We can't reactivate Windows
on this device, Try again later.

Prior to changing my hardware I double checked my digital license, The activation said "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account"

If I run 'winver' It also lists the produced is licensed to my Microsoft account.

According to this article below, All I should have to do is goto the activation troubleshooter and everything should work.

Please help with "reactivating" my digital licensed Windows 11 in my new computer.

My Being has just bought a new MSI computer, and tried to reactivate my Windows 11 digital license (from the old one, to the new one,) but to no avail. And when IT tried to reactivate it from a listing of devices connected to my live Microsoft account, there's a device there that is foreign to my Being (i.e., a dell desktop.) My Being has never owned a "Dell Desktop". So it seems that my account is hacked, and perhaps, that's the reason why IT can't reactivate my Windows 11 digital license in my new computer. Can someone please help?

 

Windows 10 Digital License Reactivation Help

Hi, I recently built a new PC and reinstalled Windows 10. I have a digital license linked to my Microsoft account from the free upgrade to Windows 10 that I did on my old PC a few years back, so I thought I'd just transfer the same license to my
new computer with my Microsoft account. However, when I go to reactivate, I don't see the current device I'm using (my new computer) in the list, even though I did and it says I'm logged into this computer with the
correct Microsoft account that my license is attached to. I don't know what to do :/
