Windows 10: How to recover the email associated with my BitLocker-locked laptop?

Hi,I'm having an issue with my laptop, which is locked with BitLocker. I don't remember the Microsoft account email and username I used when setting up BitLocker, but I know it is linked to one of my Gmail accounts. This Gmail account has two associated profiles, one of which is the one I used for my laptop's configuration.My goal is to simply recover the email associated with the Microsoft account so I can reset the password and access the BitLocker recovery key.Additional information:The locked drive is labeled: POSSIBLE_USER_NAME windows 22/01/2024.There is no phone number linked to this ac

I cant recover BitLocker key for my laptop as it is locked

I have Dell Inspirion laptop and microsoft windows. My laptop is locked. I cant use it until I recover BitLocker Key. In order to recover BitLocker I need two pieces of information, my phone number which I have and an email which is no longer available as I retired and my email has been deactivated.

 

How can I recover my Bitlocker code if the e-mail I used to register the computer, is now deactivated?

Without accessing the Microsoft account to which your email address is associated, there's no way to unlock a Bitlocker locked computer. That's why I suggest you try logging in Microsoft's site.



The only way to find a Bitlocker Key is by accessing its associated Microsoft account. Even if the email address is deactivated, you can try to log in.

I have locked my HDD with help of Bitlocker but missed to save recovery ID.

Please suggest me how to recover/generate bitlocker id to open encrypted HDD. it requires 48 digits bitlocker id to recover HDD.
