  1. Computer keeps either going into BSOD or black screen before restarting, Event Viewer says...

This has been going on for about a couple weeks now. I have recently re-installed Windows, but the restarts keep happening. Full error message on Event Viewer is, "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a 0xffff9083bcaaf600, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x00000000000000dd, 0xfffff80676614c30. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: ceff1825-ab44-4486-9a8e-7b17a8b27cce.". I have uploaded the file indicated, MEMORY.DMP, along with the file generate

  2. Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

  3. Ntoskrl.exe and 759faf keep restarting my computer - Pinned Event Viewer and BlueScreenView

Hi. 759faf and the nrtoskrl.exe driver keep working together to restart my computer. I have an ASUS X555DG with the AMD A10 6th Generation chip. It does not give me a BSOD which in my opinion it should give me a BSOD.

BSOD = Blue Screen of Death

More help will be greatly appreciated as the last time the incident happened was yesterday. It's beginning to be every day. This time I was playing Asphalt 8: Airborne on my phone and I noticed the computer restarted just minutes after it happened. Luckily
I get access to the event viewer to see what happened and I noticed there weren't even any apps open. It restarted without me noticing. I just pinned the Event Viewer to the taskbar so I don't have to search for it after a dump happens and in case it's different.
I also pinned the BlueScreenView application to read the dump files each sudden, random restart creates, again, in case it's different which it probably won't. I'm surprised the laptop let me pin the Event Viewer. It's a good thing that it let me pin it. Picture
of the Pinned apps is below:

    Laptop Black Screening!

Event Viewer? Do you mean Task Manager? If so nope it won't let me do anything at all, everything cuts off but there is still power to the machine. There's no cursor, before it black screens it usually just like freezes, and then the cursor will like, really really lag and warp across the screen (cause im moving it) and then it will black screen and i have to turn off the laptop.

    *Cry

Edit: Nevermind, i found the Event Viewer, it shows a critical error occured but thats just where it had to forcefully restart, it doesn't really say what happened unless im looking in the wrong place ;S
