Windows 10: Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5050009

Hi, Does anyone can help me with installing of KB5050009. All the time when I tried to install the updated it's finishing with the same result - Install error - 0x800f0983.All possible fixed which I've found in community support articles were applied and to be honest nothing is really helpful at this time. One of the workaround with using ISO image to have installed latest Win11 version worked but after PC restart it's crashed and Windows was not able to load properly so I delete latest updates installed. What are my next steps to have finally this broken update installed without reinstalling
