Windows 10: Computer turns itself off several times after I turn it on

I don't know why it does this but just recently if I ever turn off my computer, sleep mode excluded, then when I try to turn it on again later, it will load and I can get into Windows, but my fans are spinning a lot faster, and everything is working slow, and after about a minute it will just turn itself off. No warning or anything, just black screen and everything cuts. After doing this process 3 or 4 times then it will load like normal, fans spinning at an expected speed, and not working too slow for startup. I don't know what causes this or if it was even my fault. Either way it's startin

Computer won't turn on

Hi,

To resolve your concern regarding the Critical Service Failed error message on your computer, follow the steps below:

• Turn off your computer.
• Turn on your computer. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your computer turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your computer for the third time, and then let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.

Turning Cortana Back On

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

• What happens when you try to turn it on?
• Do you get any error message when your trying to turn it on?
• Did you make any changes to your computer after you turned Cortana Off?

For now, I would suggest that follow the steps below and check if you are able to start Cortana.

• Go Settings, Time & Language, Speech, Speech, inking, & typing
  privacy settings.
• Get to know me - turns Cortana on

Computer Is Not Turning On

The seller had barely used it because he said he didn't have time to game. Besides, wouldn't a computer still be able to turn on without a video card or integrated graphics card? (Although you would be extremely limited with its uses if you wanted to do anything at all.)

It's not just that video card, if you wanted to blame my video card, I suppose I should have also mentioned that after I tried to turn the computer on with the HD 5850 inside it didn't turn on and after I replaced it with the original temporary video card, and the computer still didn't turn on. Before all that happened, my computer was working fine. It may have had something to do with how I had to move and unplug/replug connectors, wires, and cables in my PC due to necessary adjustments to fit the video card into the case.
