Windows 10: pc wont boot, cpu flashes red then powers down

H100i progigabyte RTX 2070 superi9 9900Kseasonic Focus GX 550Asus Prime Z390-Pwas working fine, but now the cpu flashes red and fans spin, then it goes off, and repeats itself.any help please?thanks

Computer All Of A Sudden Won’t Boot - Red CPU Debug Light ON

I have tried all I could at this point, from loading defaults, to bios flash ( blinks 3 red lights before stopping, tried numerous times to no avail ). And it won’t even let me update bios as loading into M Flash needs the PC to reset which ends up turning it off, not letting it load up again due to red CPU light appearing once more. It literally loads up sometimes and allows me to use it like I could before, then after restarting goes back to red CPU debug light. At first I thought it was the motherboard over all the other parts, now i’m second guessing for the PSU ( 600w Bronze EVGA ) as CPU may not be getting enough power to boot ? no clue at this point, also do not have spare parts to test PC so that’s out of the picture. Aside from that I have tried pretty much everything listed above plus more, I will write it down below in case anyone views this and types a suggestion I have tried. reset CMOS ( battery & jump start ) flash BIOS ( only 3 lights flashed ) reset CPU reapplied thermal paste replaced CMOS battery tested ram sticks reset GPU set bios to default double checked all cables and parts are not loose Thank you to everyone who wrote a suggestion.

 

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

red cpu light on motherboard flashing/on for a short period of time

I just upgraded my PC adding some new fans and changing gpu. In the meantime I also changed the thermal paste. The first boot up failed because the cpu fan was not inserted properly but after fixing that it worked.

Now the PC pretty much runs perfectly but at most boot ups and sometimes while it is running (not necessarly with a high workload) the fans start spinning faster and the red CPU light on the motherboard starts flashing or stays on for a max of 1 minute.

I am on Windows 10,

My cpu is an Intel 9400f

the new gpu is a RTX 3060

I have a total of 6 fans (2 in front, 1 in the back, 3 above) + the cpu fan.

It was the first time I ever applied thermal paste, is it possible that I applied too much and sometimes the PC thinks that the fan is not connected properly? Could this be a software/firmware issue?

This is very weird if anyone could help that would be great!
