Windows 10: Can I Manage Office Home and Business Licenses Linked to My Account for Multiple Users?

I work for a small business, and we purchased 4 OFFICE HOME AND BUSINESS 2024 licenses for the employees' use.These licenses will be installed on their work computers, each on a single device, and they will use the Office apps primarily for tasks like emails Outlook, spreadsheets Excel, and documents Word.The licenses have been associated with my Microsoft account, as I was chosen to manage the accounts and licenses for the team. I would like to know if, after downloading the four licenses on the employees' computers, there will be any conflicts or blocks during their use, given that the

Skype for Business - multiple accounts

I use Skype for Business within my company and also with clients. Normal Skype can support multiple accounts at the same time (Can I run multiple Skype accounts at the same time? - Microsoft Support) but I cannot find anything for 'Skype
for Business'.

Currently I have the inelegant options of signing in and out of the Windows app, or using the app for one and Office365 for the other.

Are multiple accounts supported yet? Or does anyone have a better suggestion?
