Windows 10: window security not working, ocean of game problem

someone can please help me on my window defender? i think the window security file got deleted after install game from ocean of games. i saw this guy _AW_ help a few ppl fix, please guide me as well. TQ

i have got this problem after i installed the game from ocean of games and tried a lot but no responce and my windows security app is not working

Installed a game from ocean of games. The avengers.aio turns out to be a malware

So i downloaded a game form ocean of games (more like ocean of viruses) and i followed these procedures in order to extract the game:
Step: 1 was installing setup_0.

Step: 2 was extracting and installing setup_1.

Step: 3 was extracting and installing seup_2.

Before doing all of this it asked me to disable windows defender, which I did, but i didnt follow all the steps there was another step that has a named called disable defender and it got me all suspicious and i looked up the avengers,aio and it turns out to be a malware a big one at that and i delete the game which has that malware however i already extracted avengers.aio but i disconnect the laptop from the wifi as soon i realize it was a malware but the malware is propably still crawling on my laptop. ive ran full scan multiple times but it says they find anything but im sure its out there somewhere. how do i get rid of it??? pls help. i also found forums that has the same problem. they said got to appdata and find the "updates" folder and delete the "updates" folder itself but there was no "updates" folder in my laptop. my confirmation that there is a malware is that my laptop randomly opens a command prompt. pls help

- Attempted various methods to reactivate Windows Security Services without success.

- The malicious activity deleted essential services and modified numerous registry keys.
