Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 while gaming pc freezes only mouse moves and nothing else work

When I go check what the problem was on view event pops up error service control manager windows update gupdate message: gupdate service: Unable to log in as .\artem with currently configured password. Mistake: Incorrect username or password. To ensure correct service configuration, use the Services snap-in in the Microsoft Management Console MMC. 7038 and error 7000 i already tried to fix this errors but doesn't work.And a notify code 10016 DistributedCOM If someone can please help me Thanks

PC freezing but mouse is still moving

Hello

For like a week now i have an issue where my pc randomly freezes from 5-30min average up to 2h. The freeze is slowly happening, first any window suddenly doesn't respond anymore, however i can still click or highlight stuff with my mouse but nothing is responding to a point where it completely freezes and the only thing i can do is moving my mouse.

I've tried many things trying to fix it. Checked almost every reddit post, yt video or also on this forum, from poeple with similar issues.

This post here describes my issue very clearly.

Redirecting

At one point my mouse also started to stutter as if it would move on 2-3 fps. And it would keep moving to the direction or the movement i did last with my mouse. Even without using it.

Sometimes i can use the pc for hours, playing games or do other stuff without it freezing until i boot it up the next time.

I hope someone can help me.
