How I Can make sure there is no any Malware inside my computer Programs that transfer my data

programs and files missing after data transfer to new computer. not listed in apps nor thru search. Have used win defender. Is the program somewhere?

What's the easiest/best way to transfer all my data and programs from old vista computer to new windows 10 computer? I do not have most program materials to re-install programs from old to new.

Will transferred data and programs be a copy from old computer to new computer?

Here's the situation as it was. I had PCacceleratePro on the computer, but research showed it to be a problem so I removed it. I also have Reimage on the computer, but it scans and finds issues, but I haven't purchased it. Research also showed it to have problems. also listed is McAfee and Malwarebytes, but I'm not sure how effective either of those are. Reimage keeping listing stability issues and malware issues, including listing PCaccelerate as malware. Are any of those programs effective?
