Windows 10: Hello everyone, my Microsoft Designer is not working, not producing pictures... Please help!

Hello everyone, I have been using Microsoft Designer to create AI pictures and purchased a subscription for unlimited downloads and have a 365 account for more storage. But suddenly I cannot generate pictures and I get the failure message "It's us, not you. Something's wrong on our end. Please try again later." I have already tried several things including restarting my browser, updates, restarting my computer, etc. But I recieve the same message in Chrome and on my phone. It seems to be an issue with my account but I have no idea. Can someone please help?

Designer Mouse Not Working

We understand that your Microsoft designer mouse is working on other devices but not on your Windows 10 PC. This can be an issue with an outdated mouse driver. As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you update the device driver. Here's how:

• Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, find the device that you want to update, and then double-click the device name.
• Click the Driver tab, click Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.

I suggest you try to login using the onscreen keyboard and enter your credential carefully and check if that helps. Follow the below steps to use on screen keyboard.

1. Select the Ease of Access
   button in the lower-right corner of the sign-in screen.
   
2. Select On-Screen Keyboard.
