Windows 10: My laptop crashes and restarts when I play games

Hello, I have an ROG Zephyrus G14, 2022 model. Just today after my laptop updated, the screen and audio freeze when my laptop hits over 60 degrees when gaming, and then it crashes and brings me back to the windows sign in screen.This happened before a few months ago, and I took it to a repair shop. They fixed it but they said all they did was update the windows stuff and clean the fans, but there's no way the fans have been blocked again in less than 3 months. According to them there was no problem with the liquid metal, so I have no clue what is causing it or how to fix it.

"Video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error" while playing games on my Dell G3 laptop ?

So every time I play a game after like half an hour or so, my game crashes (blue screen giving the error VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR ), then when I relaunch the laptop my discrete GPU is gone, like missing from task manager and hidden in device manager. To fix it I have to restart my laptop then the Nvidia drivers come back and when I play my games again the same problem happens after a few minutes of playing the game. It's never happened unless I'm playing a game.
I have tried:

• reinstalling the graphics driver from NVIDIA.
  
• removing the graphics driver using DDU in safe mode and reinstalling the latest one.
  
• running sfc and dism
  
  None of the above methods helped.
  My laptop is out of warranty so don't suggest I take it to the Dell service center as they will just say to replace the motherboard, I know that and that will be like buying a new laptop.

Random laptop crashes in games.

Oxymoron that is.... Your saying doubtful it would overheat but recommend he blows the dust with compressed air and recommend a laptop cooler. Now thats hilarious. Just saying.... I think you just said what I did but took the mantainence a step further.
