Windows 10: After starting the laptop,few seconds later it stop to work, cursor is not moving , nothing...

I am very frustrated with my laptop. Every time a new problem arised in my laptop. Last time when I use,i normally select the option of update and shut down. When next day I started it, This problem is occurred. I did everything what I can but nothing happened i had seen so many videos on YouTube and did what they say to do but nothing happened

My cursor/pointer moves on its own.

About one month ago, my cursor started moving to the top of my desktop, opening whatever shortcut was in that position. Now, whether I'm online, on the computer - doesn't matter - it will jump to the top of the page, shake, minimize and maximize my window
for a few seconds, then stop. Then one-two minutes later, it does it again. This is getting annoying as heck and I can find nothing that solves it.

It isn't my mouse, its the laptop (Dell two-in-one). I also set the laptop to open as Desktop Only when I sign in, but it doesn't help.

I've also run several Norton scans and everything seems to be good - no virus or anything.

Are there any suggestions? It has to be an update conflict somewhere . . . Thanks for your suggestions.

 

Laptop's cursor not working

Laptop's cursor stops working several times during the day, it doesn't disappear but just stops working. I can move it but I can't select anything, switch tabs or do anything that a cursor lets you do.
I have already tried updating the driver, it did not work.

 

Mouse Cursor stops moving..

I cant tell if its a short in the wire. Ive tried the fix about going to virtual memory and changing those settings. Its simply just a very short stop while im moving the cursor around. Almost if it lags behind the movement. I've tried USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. Its an old Dell mouse and I cant even afford to get a 5$ mouse right now with the way things are. It ypically spend free time playing FPS and this is making it to where i cant even do the thing I enjoy. Not sure what it could be. The mouse could be fine for 10-15 seconds and ill say. well okay its better. But then it will do it again shortly after.

Also, I remember there used to be a Peripherals subforum a while back here?
