Windows 10: Black screen SCEP Certificate GetCACaps error

GetCACaps GetCACaps: Not Found (Black screens and then Restart's PC)

My pc is just suddenly restarting. Black screen's and then restarts. When I investigated the event viewer every time this happens it picks up two errors:

First:

This has never happened to me.
I tried to do what other forums suggests like clearing TPM but it did now work.

 

SCEP Error and blue screen

Same issue on my Win11 PC:

- AMD Ryzen 5 3600

- AsRock X570 Phantom Gaming

- Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT Gaming OC

Whenever I play MS Flight Simulator the PC just switches off without even showing the BSOD with these incredibly annoying SCEP errors:

SCEP Error and blue screen

I have Windows 11 running on HP laptop, AMD Ryzen 5000 series, AMD RADEON Graphics card.

I keep on getting blue screen VERY often - and it's frustrating. I keep on getting SCEP errors...different errors are loggedshown below. Also noticed that before these errors many a times elan related information is logged, pasted that as well. Please provide solution.

I tried, windows reinstall, sfc, dism and what not. It's still the same.

Please help resolving these errors and also the blue screen issue.
