Windows 10: Why does Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup result in Error 5 Access denied

Can someone tell me why, when running Running Administrator Command Prompt, I getError: 5Access is denied at the end :Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.5371]c Microsoft Corporation. dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup Error: 5

Hi .

Im running Windows 10 Pro x64 (1909 ) buid 10.0.18363.628

When I run the command :

dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

It stuck at 20%

and I get Error: 5

Access is denied.

In the dism.log I see this lines ...

I want to say the when I use the commands

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this comands works successfully , but when I try dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

then error: 5 Access denied

I would like know what cause this issue . and fix it

Do you think that , if it is a permissions problem, is there any possibility that it could be fixed with that command with a Windows image as a source ? I was hoping that would have another way to fix it or find out what causes that error 5 . StartComponentCleanupEx(hr:0x80070005)

on other hand ,could I execute the command " RestoreHealth " with a Windows 10 DVD (1909) as a source (in a DVD drive) instead of mounting an iso?

I don't know what could have happened , that cause the command /StartComponentCleanup throw error: 5. Access denied . just a month ago I installed Windows 10 (1909) ( clean installation).

All other commands, including the sfc command, are executed succesfully and the output as I do not have corrupt files.

When I finish, the command you recommend, I will let you know the results.

Right now and because of an error like this, I do not want to reinstall Windows again, only one month later

not really. although I would like to know why that command is not executed correctly.

Discover the cause that causes of error: 5 access denied and the error code HRESULT = 80070005 and be able to solve it .

That's why I would appreciate help and information that can cause this error
