    My laptop HP ENVY blue screen occasionally for reasons I don't yet understand,


    Hello my name is JulianMy laptop has a very recurrent blue screen, which I still don't understand why. I see that it has high consumption of Google Chrome and sound and it overheats. Do you have any ideas that can help me or any software that can identify the problem?

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
