Windows 10: Wacom is not allowing me to reenable Memory Integrity.

I install a driver for a drawing table, assuming it would work. My drawing tablet is out of date for the file, so I simply wish to uninstall the driver. The file preventing me is Oem12.inf. Now, I have run "pnputil /delete-driver oem12.inf /uninstall /force" in admin controls, but the system comes back with the error message "Access is denied." This is my laptop, nobody else uses it, how hard should it be to delete something off of my own laptop? I have already deleted ALL other wacom files, but this file simply will not delete and I cannot find it in my folders. PLEASE help!

Thank you for posting your concern in Microsoft Community and welcome to the Windows 10 Family.

From the description of the issue, I understand that Windows is unable to configure the drivers for Wacom driver.

I would suggest you to start afresh with the installation of the Wacom driver. Follow the below steps.

Step 1

Clean the temp folder to delete temporary files that are automatically created during the installation or uninstallation of any software application.

• Press the Windows + R keys simultaneously to initialize the
  Run command box.
• In the available field in the Run command box, type %TEMP% and press
  Enter.
• On the opened Temp folder, press Ctrl + A keys simultaneously to select all the contents of the folder and press delete key on the keyboard.
  
  Note: In case the operating system displays a message saying that any particular object cannot be deleted, skip the object from the deletion process and allow the windows to continue deleting the other contents of the folder.
• Once the TEMP folder is emptied, restart the computer to allow the changes to take effect.

Step 2

If you have the installation package for the Wacom driver, install the driver in compatibility mode. Please follow the below steps.

• 
  Right-click on the setup file and click on "Properties".
  
• 
  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
  
• 
  Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

Wacom driver error 10 on Lenovo Miix 510

We appreciate you posting your concern here in the Community forum. In order to help you with your Wacom driver issue, kindly follow the steps suggested below:

1. Click the Start button from the bottom left portion of the screen.
2. Once the search field appear, type Services and press
   Enter.
3. In the Services window, scroll down to Wacom Professional Service.
4. Right-click the Wacom Professional Service and choose
   Start.

If the steps above doesn't help, you may try to uninstall and reinstall the Wacom driver without turning off or disabling the Windows firewall. You may also choose to rollback the Wacom driver if it is working correctly before. Use the following steps:

1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
2. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
3. Expand the category you want and right click on the driver and select
   Properties.
4. Navigate to Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver.
