    How can I remove gaps at the edge on window after I quit and turn on again a program...


    Before quit an application. After turn on the application again.Hi.When I quit any Windows' default programs abuting edge of the desktop and turn on the programs again, there are invisible gaps at the corner of the window of the programs as you can see in the 2nd attached image.The size of the program itself haven't changed.I'd like to remove the gaps by modifying the registry values.I WILL reject the automated machine answers.

    I ran the steps to reinstall Windows 10 default apps after Defender showed no problems. I have my mail program back but instead of Edge I have Internet Explorer. Edge has got to be on this machine somewhere because when I clicked on a hyperlink in an e-mail
    (that I trust) it opened in Edge. But I can't find edge in the programs.

    If I click on start and type Microsoft Edge a list comes up with the Edge icon at the top and further down Edge is listed. I have tried right clicking and pinning to start but nothing happens. I have tried double left clicking to try to open but nothing
    happens.

    Any other suggestions?

    How do I remove the gap or spacing infront of anything in List mode?

    Thanks for updating me with that information. I tried the list view on my Windows 11 PC and I also have space in the folders. This is by design and there is no easy option to remove the gap. I recommend sending comments and suggestions through the Feedback Hub app to let Microsoft Developers know and hopefully they will provide an option to remove this in future updates.

    Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading program list?!

    Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading the program list (It never even starts displaying any programs) and I believe it may be that a uninstall program messed up completely and Windows can't figure out what programs are installed because of it. What is the problem? Please?
