Windows 10: How can I get access to my deceased daughter's Microsoft account?

I'd like to access my deceased daughter's laptop but don't have the password to get to the desktop screen. It gives me the option if I forgot my paaccount. I understand that I need a court order, so I have begun a petition to my local court but I need the language that Microsoft will need to see in the actual court order. I also need the mailing address for service of the petition/order. Is there anywhere on the Microsoft site that provides this information? If not, is there a phone number or online chat feature where I can get these questions answered?ssword to reset it using her Microso

So sorry for your loss. I am afraid Microsoft may not be able to give you account access as this is for your security. The best scenario in your case is to contact Microsoft Support as this is just a forum with very little participation from MSFT.
