Windows 10: Toll free Number from Serbia is no longer available for Activating Windows or Office.

So back in 10th of January, 2025, I wanted to activate my Windows 7 Pro SP1 virtual machine via telephone, I chose the country Serbia and the toll free which is 0700 300 300, right immediately after dialing, my carrier's automated bot said: "The number you dialed is an incorrect one. For more info, call MY CARRIER'S CALL CENTER."After the bot ending my call, my caller ID displayed "Micrisoft Rs" instead of "Microsoft Rs".I tried again and the same thing.I tried the toll number and it worked. The article refers to "Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate (Windows 10 Pro upgrade) via phone." The phone number is not listed. What is the phone number?

 

Activating over phone no toll-free number

So a few days ago my uncle gave me his old laptop (asus l3800s) which came with windows xp home edition preinstalled.

Now when I want to activate over the phone there's no toll-free number. I found this Volume License Key Phone Numbers | Microsoft Volume Licensing online.

Does it work?

Also if it doesn't work, how much is the toll?

 

Activation Numbers Not In Service

The numbers available for telephone activation won't work here in the philippines once I call it says that the number is not in service. Tried the toll-free got nothing. This is my only way of activating my microsoft office 2016 and I hope my money spent
will atleast be worth what I bought not be gone in 30 days.
