Windows 10: Need help processing a refund on an unauthorized charge for two transactoins.

Calling technical or customer service directs to an automated system, and none of the options explored redirect you to an agent who could actually help. Is there another phone number, or perhaps an electronic mail address that support for an unauthorized transaction could be discussed and provide me or people with similar issues help with?

Refund for unauthorized purchase - Developer does not refund but recommends to dispute the charge

I realized I was charged without my authorization by an in-app purchase. I contacted the developer, finally today they replied me but they just recommended to dispute the charge with the bank. I do not understand very well why they don't just refund me
and prefer the bank contact them. Any idea? By the way, given what they said, my next step is to call my bank and dispute this charge. Any suggestion is very welcomed!

unauthorized charges

I have 6 unauthorized charges in my microsoft account, i did do this charges each of the 6 charges are $50 each ones, i try to get a refund but there is no way to do this in the page, i need to solve this problem, could you point me to the right number to call?

8/31/23 Help! I need to cancel an unauthorized charge from Microsoft (Windows 10) via a local computer store @ Hilo, HI.

The amount in question: $73.14; Technician (Randall) who installed the program is no longer employed at this local computer store.

This local computer store is not wanting to help me to get my money back. Instead they (Clerk: Dell) told me to get in touch with my bank

to stop payment for the unauthorized purchase. What should I do? I am unable to reach Microsoft by phone. Please help!
