Windows 10: Why won't my mouse work on my laptop but the windows button on the mouse itself works?

Hi,I've been struggling to get my wireless mouse connected via USB to respond on my laptop, I've tried many different things, the drivers are updated and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing several times. I've tried forgetting the device and re-adding it. I've tried disabling it and re-enabling it from the device manager and nothing seems to fix the problem. Within device manager it labels the mouse as an "HID-compliant mouse" but there's a warning icon beside it. In settings it says the mouse is connected but there is a driver error. BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 that works only (right and left click works properly) but it won t moove. please help me and answer me as soon as possible.

 

Wireless USB Mouse Not Working

I tried this and not worked. Also I tried this mouse different 4 laptops and it's work perfectly other laptops. Also I tried different 2 mouse on my laptop and they not work on my laptop again.
